We treat your recordings the way you'd want us to — carefully. Here's a quick summary of who sees them and how you stay in charge.

Who sees your recordings

Only you and the people you've sent a link to or invited by email. Nobody else opens them without your say-so.

Delete means delete

When you delete a transcript, the recording goes with it. Changed your mind? You have a few days to cancel — after that we can't bring it back.

Take everything with you

On any transcript page there's an Export button — save the text as Word, Excel, or plain text. It's free and available any time.

We don't sell your data

Not to advertisers, not to anyone. Full stop. Usage is counted simply — in minutes of recording: some minutes are free every month, and if you need more you can buy a pack or take out a subscription under "Billing".
