Edit the text like any document: fix a typo, cut the fluff, add a note. Click a word and the recording jumps to that moment so you can check it against the audio.
Working with the text
The text is ready — and from here it's entirely yours. Fix typos, sort out who's who, jump to the right moment, and save a version just in case.

Each person's lines are labelled separately. Rename "Speaker 1" to a real name once and it carries across the whole transcript.
Turn this on in the processing settings and we'll try to guess the participants' names from the conversation — for example, when they introduce themselves. You can always fix a name by hand.
Before a big edit, save a version — think of it as a checkpoint. If anything goes sideways, you're one click from your earlier version, and you can compare what changed.
Can't remember which recording covered it? Open Search and type your question — we'll look across all your transcripts at once. Search understands meaning, not just exact words, so you can ask in your own words. Filters by speaker, tag, and date help narrow things down.
