Buttons you'll see in the editor

• Summary

  Boils the conversation down to a few paragraphs — handy when you need a quick read.

• Action items

  Pulls promises and to-dos into a clean checklist you can paste into a chat or a task tracker.

• Topics and key moments

  Highlights the main themes and the most important quotes — great for jumping back to the right part of the recording.

• Free-form question

  Just ask: "What did we decide?" or "What did Ivan agree to do?" — and get an answer in one click.

Chat about one recording — or many

Open chat and ask in your own words: "What did we agree on?", "What did Ivan promise?". The helper answers from the text. In the shared chat you can pick several recordings and ask across all of them at once — handy when a topic came up in different meetings.

Your own templates and a report you build yourself

If you keep asking for roughly the same thing, save it as your own template in Settings → AI processing. And in the report builder you can assemble a document from the blocks you want, tweak and rewrite sections right inside it via chat, then download the result as Word, subtitles, a spreadsheet, or plain text.

No fiction

The helper only works with what's in your recording. It doesn't invent facts or add anything from the outside. And to make reports sharper, in settings you can add your own vocabulary (names, terms, product names) and a knowledge base (briefs, notes, facts) that the helper will take into account.
