Nothing. We are in free launch: no card, no checkout yet, and minutes are not deducted from your account. The prices in the table above are published in advance so you can see what the service turns into once billing is switched on. There is no buy button anywhere on this page right now — that is deliberate, not a layout slip.

Transcription with speaker separation and timestamps is included in every plan, the free one included — you never pay for that. The paid boundary starts after it: volume of minutes, a knowledge base across all meetings, reports that span several recordings, meeting-recording bots, a glossary of terms and names, the API and closing documents. We sell the link between meetings, not the text of one.

One minute of audio is one credit, rounded up to a whole minute. What counts is the length of the recording, not the processing time: an hour of conversation costs 60 minutes of balance no matter how fast the service transcribed it. Silence and pauses inside the recording are part of its length too.

On subscriptions: 0.77 ₽ per minute on Personal (690 ₽ for 900 minutes), 0.97 ₽ on Team (2,900 ₽ for 3,000 minutes), 0.79 ₽ on Business (7,900 ₽ for 10,000 minutes). One-off packs cost more — 1.16 to 1.97 ₽ per minute. A subscription is roughly twice as cheap per minute, a pack does not tie you to a monthly payment.

No. Seats are not billed: on Team and Business you can add as many people as you like and the minute balance is shared. That is a product decision rather than a discount — we sell a shared knowledge base of the company's meetings, and per-seat pricing works against it: half the recordings simply never get uploaded to avoid buying one more seat.

Transcription pauses until the next billing date, and there are two ways to catch up: buy a one-off pack of minutes (they never expire and stack on top of the plan's) or move up a plan. The pack is available straight from the "out of minutes" screen — no hunting through settings.

A pack is a one-off purchase: 300 minutes for 590 ₽, 1,000 for 1,490 ₽, 3,000 for 3,490 ₽. Pack minutes do not expire at the end of the month and need no recurring payment, but they cost more than subscription minutes — 1.16–1.97 ₽ against 0.77–0.97 ₽. Packs suit two people: someone with a one-off job, and a subscriber who ran out mid-month.

Yes — a year costs the same as ten months, a 17% discount. Personal is 6,900 ₽ instead of 8,280 ₽, Team 29,000 ₽ instead of 34,800 ₽, Business 79,000 ₽ instead of 94,800 ₽. Minutes are still credited monthly rather than dropped in one lump for the year.

Free is capped at 30 minutes per recording, Personal at 4 hours, Team at 8 hours, Business has no cap. You can upload as many recordings as you like while the balance lasts: the limit applies to one file, not to the monthly total.

Thirty days on the free plan, indefinitely on every paid one — until you delete the recording or the account yourself. The clock starts at upload. If you need a transcript for longer than a month but would rather not pay, export it to DOCX: export works on the free plan too.

Free gives DOCX; Personal adds PDF, SRT and XLSX; Team and Business give every format — DOCX, PDF, TXT, Markdown, JSON, SRT, VTT, XLSX. SRT and VTT carry timestamps, JSON carries the full structure of utterances and speakers for your own integrations.

Yes, on Team and Business: an invoice, an acceptance certificate and document exchange over Russian EDI. Payment is accepted by Russian or foreign card. Our company details are published on the site — OOO KFTEK, TIN 2536339127 — and the offer agreement together with the other legal documents lives in the Documents section.

The REST API and webhooks come with Business. Access for AI agents over MCP starts earlier, on Personal: an agent can read and search your transcripts without a separate plan. If you need the API for a pilot and Business volumes are overkill, write to support and we will work something out.

From 390,000 ₽ per year for the licence to run it inside your own perimeter, plus from 120,000 ₽ per year for model updates. We publish the figure instead of "contact us" on purpose: it saves both sides three weeks of correspondence when the budget does not add up anyway. In a closed loop the audio never leaves your perimeter at all.

Yes — by inviting colleagues: both you and the person you invited get minutes when they create an account. The current terms and amounts are on the bonus programme page. It is not a permanent substitute for a plan, but it covers the first few long recordings.
